"Fully Illuminating, Soundproof, Ventilating, and Energy-Efficient Windows"—a high-tech, eco-friendly, noise-reducing product jointly developed in 2005 by Shanghai Shenhua Acoustic Equipment Co., Ltd. and the Acoustics Research Institute at Tongji University in Shanghai. This innovative product seamlessly integrates four key functions: daylighting, sound insulation, ventilation, and energy conservation, all while adhering to a human-centered design philosophy. It effectively resolves the longstanding challenge of balancing soundproofing with ventilation, earning immediate acclaim from users and widespread recognition from society upon its launch. Since its introduction, it has received numerous prestigious awards, including Shanghai’s Key New Product, a featured product selected for the National Comfortable Housing Demonstration Project, the First Prize for Technological Innovation in Shanghai’s Building Materials Industry, the Shanghai Employee Innovation Achievement Award, as well as accolades like "Shanghai Intelligent Manufacturing" and "Shanghai Energy-Saving Product."
The soundproof enclosure isolates the noise source within its confines, effectively blocking the noise from spreading outward. To ensure ease of equipment installation and maintenance, our company offers customized solutions tailored to meet specific user needs. Our soundproof enclosures are available in two primary performance levels: 15–24 dB(A) and 25–34 dB(A). With over two decades of experience in manufacturing soundproof enclosures, we’ve been a trusted supplier for many years, providing these products to a major domestic state-owned enterprise as well as leading defense industry companies. Our enclosures feature innovative designs, are fully collapsible, deliver exceptional sound insulation, boast superior ventilation and heat dissipation capabilities, and minimize airflow pressure loss. Moreover, we can design and produce non-standardized soundproof enclosures specifically for a wide range of equipment, including various types of fans, motors, compressors, turbines, high-speed punching machines, heat pump units, ball mills, shredders, laser machines, and more—ensuring optimal protection against noise for each unique application.
A soundproof room isolates external noise sources, creating a quieter, controlled environment indoors that meets specific requirements. These rooms are constructed using standard components such as door panels, windows, wall panels, ceiling panels, and sound-absorbing ducts. Soundproof rooms are primarily used in settings like hospitals, schools, and research institutions for hearing tests, as well as in industrial and mining facilities serving as equipment control rooms. Our company offers seven main standard specifications for soundproof rooms, with sound insulation levels ranging from 30–35 dB(A) to 40–45 dB(A). We also provide custom-designed soundproof rooms tailored to meet individual customer needs.
