The gradient-type sound absorber, also known as the gradient cavity sound-absorbing device, is composed of multiple trapezoidal sound-absorbing panels. The thickness of each panel gradually decreases from the top end to the bottom end, forming a distinctive trapezoidal shape. Typically, the front surface of the absorber is covered with a perforated metal plate, behind which a layer of fire-resistant non-woven fabric is installed. Inside the cavity behind the non-woven fabric, glass wool is encased within PVF membranes. These PVF membranes hold the glass wool in place via supporting pressure strips attached to their rear side. Finally, the entire structure is sealed around its perimeter. This gradient cavity sound-absorbing device is specifically designed to reduce noise generated by large-scale equipment inside grid converter stations, delivering exceptional sound absorption and noise reduction performance!
