Shenhua Company Established
At the end of 1994, after extensive investigation and research, the leadership team of the state-owned Shanghai Hongqi Machine Screening Factory formulated a strategic vision for the company’s development and reform. They decided to establish a specialized environmental acoustics company—Shanghai Shenhua Acoustic Equipment Co., Ltd.—and set three key objectives: relocating the factory facilities to the suburbs; shifting product focus toward environmentally friendly solutions; and aligning production plans more closely with market demands.
