Sound Snsulation
The photovoltaic sound barrier is a new type of eco-friendly facility that integrates solar power generation with noise reduction capabilities. By combining sound absorption, insulation, and electricity-generating technologies, it delivers multiple benefits—including reducing environmental noise pollution, boosting clean energy output, and cutting carbon emissions. Photovoltaic sound barriers are widely used in noisy environments such as urban transportation areas, highways, railway lines, and factory perimeter walls!
Two-way opening and closing access door
The bidirectional opening and closing passage door is primarily used in equipment rooms within the rail transit track areas—and in adjacent passageways between track sections—where wind pressure requirements are present. This door must simultaneously meet Class A fire protection standards, ensure robust wind-pressure resistance and airtightness, and be equipped with highly effective safety monitoring systems. The bidirectional opening and closing passage door consists of a steel Class A fire-rated, sound-insulating door leaf, a door frame, safety features, hardware components, and locking mechanisms. Each component is part of a well-established, modular system, offering advantages such as optimal compatibility, ease of installation and removal, and exceptional durability. Notably, the fire-resistance rating of this bidirectional passageway door is 1.5 hours.
The fire-rated and soundproof door consists of a door leaf, door frame, and hardware components, crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel that undergoes cold-forming for precise shaping. The interior of the door leaf is filled with non-combustible, fire-resistant, heat-insulating, and soundproof materials tailored to meet specific fire ratings. Utilizing advanced technology, a unique design, and specialized manufacturing techniques, this steel door delivers exceptional performance in fire protection, sound insulation, and emergency egress—while maintaining reliable functionality and meticulous craftsmanship. Our company’s fire-rated and soundproof doors boast fire and thermal insulation properties of at least 1.50 hours (Class A1.50), ensuring superior fire integrity for up to 1.50 hours (also Class A1.50). Additionally, these doors have earned the prestigious 3C Certificate of China National Compulsory Product Certification, issued by the Fire Product Certification Center of the Ministry of Public Security.
A fire door is a door designed to meet specific requirements for fire resistance, integrity, and thermal insulation within a given timeframe. It serves as a fire-resistant barrier installed in areas such as fire compartments, evacuation stairwells, and vertical shafts, providing crucial protection against the spread of fire.
Soundproof doors are a noise-control measure designed to prevent external noise from entering buildings (such as performance halls, theaters, etc.) and to block loud internal sounds (like symphonies or live vocals) from escaping. They are one of the commonly used sound-insulating components in noise reduction efforts and are widely applied in recording studios, broadcasting rooms, performance venues, theaters, compressor rooms, and other spaces related to radio, film, television, and audio production.
A facility inserted between the sound source and the receiver, designed to introduce significant additional attenuation to sound waves, thereby reducing noise levels in a specific area where the receiver is located, is known as a **sound barrier**. Depending on their intended use, sound barriers can be categorized into types such as railway sound barriers, highway sound barriers, urban landscape sound barriers, and noise-reduction barriers for residential areas. Additionally, based on their structural design, sound barriers are classified into upright, semi-enclosed, and fully enclosed models.
