Space absorbers are sound-absorbing elements that are suspended individually within a sound field—typically beneath the ceiling of a room or hall. They can be customized into various geometric shapes and sizes depending on the application and specific acoustic requirements. Generally, a space absorber consists of four key components: a framework, a facing layer, sound-absorbing material, and suspension hardware. These space absorbers are primarily used to reduce reverberation time and lower sound levels in halls and factory workshops. Gradual Sound Absorber

The gradient-type sound absorber, also known as the gradient cavity sound absorption device, is composed of multiple trapezoidal acoustic panels. Each individual absorber features a frame whose thickness gradually decreases from the top end to the bottom end, forming a trapezoidal shape. Typically, the front surface of the absorber is covered with a metal perforated panel, behind which a layer of fire-resistant non-woven fabric is installed. Inside the cavity behind the non-woven fabric, glass wool is encased within PVF film. The glass wool layer, secured by supportive pressure strips attached to the back of the PVF film, is carefully sealed around all four sides of the trapezoidal structure. This gradient cavity sound absorption device is specifically designed to reduce noise generated by large-scale equipment inside grid converter stations, delivering excellent sound-absorbing and noise-reducing performance!

Two-way opening and closing access door

The bidirectional opening and closing passage door is primarily used in equipment rooms within the rail transit track areas—and in adjacent passageways between track sections—where wind pressure requirements are present. This door must simultaneously meet Class A fire protection standards, ensure robust wind-pressure resistance and airtightness, and be equipped with highly effective safety monitoring systems. The bidirectional opening and closing passage door consists of a steel Class A fire-rated, sound-insulating door leaf, a door frame, safety features, hardware components, and locking mechanisms. Each component is part of a well-established, modular system, offering advantages such as optimal compatibility, ease of installation and removal, and exceptional durability. Notably, the fire-resistance rating of this bidirectional passageway door is 1.5 hours.

Fireproof soundproof door

The fire-rated and soundproof door consists of a door leaf, door frame, and hardware components, crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel that undergoes cold-forming for precise shaping. The interior of the door leaf is filled with non-combustible, fire-resistant, heat-insulating, and soundproof materials tailored to meet specific fire ratings. Utilizing advanced technology, a unique design, and specialized manufacturing techniques, this steel door delivers exceptional performance in fire protection, sound insulation, and emergency egress—while maintaining reliable functionality and meticulous craftsmanship. Our company’s fire-rated and soundproof doors boast fire and thermal insulation properties of at least 1.50 hours (Class A1.50), ensuring superior fire integrity for up to 1.50 hours (also Class A1.50).
