(Summary description)Recently, the Party branch of Yuemeng Huiting Residential Community in Maluan Subdistrict, Pingshan District, received complaints from residents about noise disturbances affecting their daily lives. After conducting on-site visits, observations, and facilitating discussions, the community’s Party branch recently took the lead in organizing a joint meeting involving resident representatives and the construction team from the Wan Yuefu project. The meeting focused on brainstorming solutions to address the noise issues caused by construction activities at the Wan Yuefu site.
The Party branch secretary of Yuehui Huating Residential Community emphasized that they will fully leverage the community’s Party branch—this grassroots “platform for mass work”—as the core driving force in neighborhood governance. They will intensify inspection efforts during construction activities in the garden-style residential area, effectively building a robust "noise pollution shield" for residents. Additionally, the branch will actively organize joint meetings to address pressing grassroots concerns such as noise disturbances and unsafe高空抛物 practices, adopting a "face-to-face" and "point-to-point" approach to resolve conflicts and disputes at the community level. Together, these initiatives aim to establish a "one-core, multi-participant" governance model—centered around the Party branch yet involving diverse stakeholders and fostering dynamic, collaborative interactions—ultimately creating a peaceful, warm, harmonious, and well-organized community environment.
"At the joint meeting, five resident representatives spoke about the issue of noise disturbance caused by construction activities and proposed relevant solutions. Meanwhile, the community party branch reviewed and summarized the information gathered, along with the residents' feedback and suggestions. Following on-site discussions, the construction team assured that they would strictly adhere to scheduled work hours in the future, implement more rigorous construction practices, minimize noise levels, and take proactive measures to prevent noise from disturbing residents. They also expressed their sincere apologies for any inconvenience or disruption caused by the construction noise."
