The seminar was chaired by Gou Yuanguo, Chairman of the company’s trade union. He began by conveying Chairman Sun Ning and General Manager He Jinlong’s heartfelt care and best wishes to all employees, extending his warm holiday greetings in advance! He then highlighted the significance of holding this gathering: to celebrate the spirit of model workers and unite everyone’s efforts in driving the company’s sustainable growth and development. Following that, he shared inspiring stories of outstanding individuals recognized since the company’s establishment—ranging from national labor models to Shanghai’s top labor awardees, skilled technicians, and exceptional young talents. Mr. Gou encouraged everyone to embrace a sense of ownership at work, staying deeply committed to the company as if it were their own home. He urged them to think creatively, innovate boldly, and remain dedicated to contributing their best to the company’s success. Lastly, Mr. Gou introduced the company’s robust incentive policies aimed at rewarding technical professionals, engineering managers, and specialized talent, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to nurturing and supporting its workforce.
Comrade Yang Rongping, Head of the company's Technology Department and a National Model Worker, shared his personal work experience during the symposium; he highlighted his involvement in corporate product development and technological innovation efforts; reflected on his feelings about being named a National Model Worker; summarized his insights from daily work, encouraging everyone to strive together; and concluded by sharing details about his recent participation in the ZhiDa Group's Symposium on Scientific and Technological Innovation.

At the end of the symposium, participants jointly watched excerpts from the five-part documentary series "Chasing Dreams—Shanghai Craftsmen."
