Our company's Engineering and Technology Department is a pioneering team that fearlessly tackles challenges and relentlessly pushes boundaries through innovation. Driven by a strong sense of social responsibility, they uphold the principles of "scientific management and civilized construction," successfully delivering numerous high-profile, top-quality projects across China. Their dedicated efforts have not only generated significant economic benefits for the company but have also earned widespread recognition and praise from all sectors of society! For instance, in 2010, the team was honored with the "Advanced Collective" award by the former Zhabei District People's Government, while in 2014, they received the prestigious "Worker Pioneer" title from the same district. Additionally, the team played a key role in the comprehensive noise control project at the Dapu Power Plant, which went on to win Guangdong Electric Power Group’s 2018 Special Award for Science and Technology Excellence. Meanwhile, their work on the sound barrier installation for Ningbo Metro Line 2 earned them the title of "Advanced Collective and Outstanding Team" in Ningbo’s 2019 Rail Transit Engineering Merit Competition. Most recently, their contribution to the Wuhan Caidian Line Metro Project secured the nation’s highest honor—the National Quality Engineering Award for 2022-2023! Beyond managing company projects, this dynamic team is also at the forefront of developing cutting-edge products and technologies, tackling complex R&D challenges that have filled critical gaps in China’s industrial landscape. To date, the team has accumulated over 30 patents, including one provincial/ministerial-level Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress, as well as a Gold Award from China’s Technology Market Association. One of their groundbreaking inventions even clinched the coveted "Gold Award for Invention and Entrepreneurship" at the National Invention Exhibition, while another pivotal technology was recognized with the "Second Prize for Environmental Technology Advancement" by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association. Moreover, the team has actively contributed to shaping both national and industry standards, participating in the drafting of 11 such standards to date.
